Shipping Policy

All items are shipped between 1-2 business days of purchase. All custom orders are subject to changes. Joy for your Jewel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damages are unfortunate; send a picture of your damaged - completely unusable - item/s, and we will replace your item/s at no cost to you!

*All sample products and items are excluded from the damage policy.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales on custom orders are final.

All wig sales are final.

All items should be returned unopened and unused within 7 (seven) days after receiving the item. The customer is liable for all return shipping cost. A refund will be issued once we receive the product.
